The vision of the Diversity Leadership Council (DLC) is to create a diverse culture where each associate is valued for the diversity of their background, skills, talents and where diversity of thought thrives.
Cboe Women's Initiative
The mission of the Cboe Women's Initiative is to increase representation, strengthen voices, and build a culture of opportunity and advancement for the women of Cboe.
Cboe Veterans' Initiative
The Cboe Veterans Initiative is intended to help military veterans at Cboe connect with one another, in addition to welcoming those who are eager to support veterans causes.
PRISM+
PRISM+, which stands for People Respecting Individuality (and) Sexuality in Markets, is focused on celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community through education and allyship.
Asian & Pacific Islanders Network
The Asian & Pacific Islanders Network (APIN) connects associates of Asian annd Pacific Islander heritage and increases awareness of API cultures.
Cboe Unidos
Cboe Unidos is committed to increasing and sustaining the visibility of Hispanic/Latinos/Latinx associates at Cboe by improving opportunities through education, mentorship and networking.
BEAM (Black Equity & Allyship in Markets)

SAGE (Seasoned and Generational Employees)
SAGE is a community focused on supporting the interests and needs of seasoned employees, fostering intergenerational inclusivity, and recognizing the wisdom and experience these workers bring to Cboe.
Cboe Empowers
Cboe Empowers is a community engagement program that supports under-resourced students across the educational spectrum through mentorship, scholarships, and access to Cboe’s associates, work environment and other academic, professional, and personal opportunities. On April 5, Cboe awarded its first full-ride Cboe Empowers scholarships to five students from Chicago's South and West sides during a surprise ceremony at Cboe's headquarters.
