What's the interview process like?

Application & Initial Interview
We review applications on a rolling basis. Apply as soon as positions open, usually in the fall/winter for summer roles. Our simple application needs only your latest resume. If you're a match, you'll be invited to a 30-minute video interview with a team member. Interviews will cover your experience, skills, education, and, if relevant, technical expertise.
Complete a take-home assessment.
If applicable to your role, a technical assessment may be conducted, you may face either a quantitative challenge emphasizing probability and logic skills, or a coding challenge focused on fundamental computer science concepts. This assessment is conducted at home under timed conditions.
Interview Rounds

If your initial interview and, if applicable, technical assessment meet the role’s expectations, you’ll proceed to additional interviews, which may include one or two more rounds with individuals or panels. The final stage involves meeting with team members and either the hiring manager or an executive. The team will then review feedback to select the best candidate.
